Problem with OP always on top

I like to have the original post always to stay the #1 post on some forums.  My code is all in place and I have correctly added the word sticky as the reason for edit.  This has been working for me for months.  Now all of a sudden I have three places where try as I might, I cannot get it to work.  Could someone look in and see if they can pick up on something I have missed.  It is probably something very simple but I just can't find it.

I'm not seeing the issue.

In the case of each of the threads you linked there's only one page, so the first post is always going to be at the top regardless of whether or not the code is in place.

If any of those threads had multiple pages you'd likely see the first post at the top of every page.
