Stuck like up a gum tree. That plugin, I can't even see how it would work. You can designate the forums but there's boxes for Icon URL on and off and I have tried putting the image link in everywhere. It does something - sometimes it wipes out the existing folder icon but just leaves a blank, the image does not show.

God Less America, Just to recap, the purpose of this plugin is to replace the standard folder icons for boards allowing each board to use a different set of icons. The On/Off refers to new posts / no new posts respectively. In the 'Boards' tab of the plugin you determine which board(s) you wish to have affected by clicking the Add Board on the left section and selecting the board/boards. Then in the On Icon URL field put the URL for the new posts image you wish to use, and then likewise in the Off Icon URL. If you do not wish to have a different new/no new icon, then just put the same URL in both fields. If you have another board or boards you wish to add a different set of icons, use the section to the right and repeat the process from above. When you add information to the section on the right, a new section will appear to use, if necessary. Make sure to click the Save Changes button. Hope this helps.

The first one has gone in, all I need to do now is reduce the size of my icons by ... quite a bit!

This is how it is looking...
Really frustrating, soon as you put one icon in by link it knocks off another one or you just get a blank space, really pissing me off now because I can't work it so going to bed.

So it's a bit hit and miss. As you can see, some have stuck so I must be doing something right but maybe it's the strength/reliability of the image source - sadly there are far fewer image hosts around these days.

God Less America, check our our Help Guide article on External Resources. It has a list of forum friendly image host services. A couple have a nominal fee, but most are free.
