Forum URL: spore.boards.net/when you go to your forum you see [last post] at the top and under it you see the title of the thread plus the name of the last poster and the time and date I don't want the titles to show I just want the name of the last poster and the time and date how do I go about doing this? should I post in the plugins section?

orespory , it's just a simple template modification, you don't need a plugin for this. Go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates, then Board > Board List template. On a non altered template you'll find this code on line 38: $[board.last_thread.recent_link]<br /> Replace that line with this: <!-- $[board.last_thread.recent_link]<br /> --> Click the Save Changes button and you're all set. Note this is a theme specific change. You would need to make the modification for each theme you wish to reflect this modification.

orespory, just to clarify are you talking about the whole forum information section or just the last 24 hours part?

orespory , Go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates, Home template Find this code around line 93: <tr class="last"> And change it to this: <!-- <tr class="last"> Then further down on line 117 should be this: </tr> Change it to this: </tr> --> There are multiple lines with just a </tr> in them. Make sure to only alter the correct one. Note that while in the template editor, when you click on an opening tag (shown below in the blue highlight) the corresponding closing tag will automatically highlight in yellow:

orespory, I don't see the changes in the template. Did you click the save changes button after making the modification?
