I decided to make a forum for my own use, and decided to use the theme "Sonorous" for it. I figured out how to change the photos in it (rather difficultly), but I don't know how to change the words. For example, for "Updates", it says what the creator typed out. I have no clue how to change it. Can someone please help?
You can see in the small "Updates" box, it says; "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nunc sed cursus metus, quis facilisis nunc. Nunc in nunc facilisis, posuere risus non, feugiat magna. Praesent sed metus dolor. Curabitur id rhoncus ipsum, in ornare tellus. Suspendisse potenti." (Often, creators put this in boxes). I do not know how to change it for my liking. Click on the attachment below to see it better.

jen22, go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates, Forum Wrapper template. That particular text you wish to change starts on line 345.
