So I would like to remove the outline that goes around the content containers.
Removed the boarder around them but there is a still a black outline around every container.
Is there a setting where I can do this from? I haven't been able to find one.

In Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS the border around the title bar is controlled in Body (Content) > Containers > Title Bars. The border around the content area is controlled in the Content Areas section immediately below it. Changing the border width to 0px on both of these will remove the border.
The remaining border is added by the CSS on line 536 of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet. Removing this line or commenting it out will remove the border.

Thanks Brian, the last part in the style sheet is the part I was missing.
