Is there a way to create Character layouts on your profile (Not a mini Profile , but a Large one) with Columns and etc...?
I would like to add my character's Layout to my profile and be able to show my Character's list on it.

Yes, you should be able to do this with the default layout templates, HTML/CSS coding, and custom profile fields. I don't think it'd need a plugin. An author is free to jump in and offer a plugin if it's a better solution--but this is quite literally what the layout templates were designed for, so I think they'd be best to use.
