I have purchased ad-free (not happy that it doesn't roll over the next month).
I added a google adsense code on top and bottom "Easy Custom Ads (When Ad-Free) Settings" plugin...
1) does "<div class="mytopads"></div>" and <div class="mybottomads"></div> just needs to be copy & pasted unto the script space as is? I did mine just on top of the google adsense code, is that correct?
2) Is it necessary to also have a code on global header and footer?
3) Does "remove Ads for guest" on Ad-Free setting need to be set to "No" so our google ads would show?
4) Why are all the ads that would show from proboards and not from our niche? This thing is not cheap yet it presents is as "cheap" with those "free forum" ads.

Hi, mikecornejo. 1. You would place both of those elements outside of the plugin. They determine where your custom ads will appear and can anywhere on your forum that accepts HTML. Think of it as moving the actual ads around. 2. If you're using the plugin you don't need to place anything in your forum's global header & footer unless you need to place the ads in a very specific spot between anything else that already exists in that section. 3. That's correct if your goal is to also have your Google ads show for guests. The plugin will only place your ads on the page if the ProBoards ads aren't visible anywhere on the page, so if guests still get ProBoards ads they won't see your ads. 4. The content currently on the page dictates which ads appear. If your forum is replete with topical conversations you're more likely to get actual ads on the page.
