So what I was hoping for is a combination of Posting Templates by Jordan, Word Counter by Eton Bones, and a little addition to that as well. Basically, I would want to be able to save a top and a bottom that would pair together but the word counter only count that stuff in the middle. I picture it kinda of like...
((https://cdnw.nickpic.host/xOVJiX.png)) Would this be possible for a plugin? I know there's those two plugins - but the word counter counts the template as words and while people can just use word or a word counter online before pasting it in the template, this could cut out the middle man.

Chris correct me if I'm wrong please, but doesn't the word counter ignore coding?

I know it ignores content within [*code] and [*quote] tags but that's all I know of for sure. I know when I've typed it adds about 52 words for some of my templates.

The plugin is designed to exclude/ignore the content of certain elements so you could wrap the parts you do not want counted in an element such as quote or code or perhaps just add your own element to the advanced tab list and use that. If you add your own then it of course should not be an element that is in common use on your forum so something like [tt] or perhaps [blockquote] but it has to be an element with a bbcode that is recognized by Proboards (not something you just make up)
