Reward Money for Monetary System based on post Word Count

Hello!

I run a roleplay forum, and one of the mechanics of the forum is that you gain a certain amount of currency for posting based on how much writing you do, and you can use that currency to purchase items to improve your character.

I'm looking for a plugin that can accomplish these things:

1. Reward money from the Monetary System plugin based on the word count of a post, when money would normally be gained. (So not being gained in boards that money earning is disabled.)

2. Each player has a different modifier to their gains that can be edited and adjusted by staff. For example, one person might earn $0.8 per word in a post, while another player/user might gain $1.2 per word in a post.

I want to reward people for both quality and quantity of writing. Please help!

Hmm well this plugin will let you do #1, if I'm not mistaken:

Unfortunately, it doesn't do #2 to my knowledge. Perhaps Chris will add it as a new feature or someone can code a complementary plugin to do the trick? Keep bumping every 24 hours and hopefully someone will be able to pop in for some assistance :)

there was a specialty plugin created in this thread (Built-in Weight on Word Count Possible?) to modify monetary disbursement via a modifier assigned to a group. You would need to assign the user to a group in order to assign them a modifier value.

Note that the "words get in the way" plugin requires version 1.0.6 or higher of the word count plugin
