I'm not even sure I should be asking this. I'm looking for a plugin (or the plugin?) that asks members to, upon joining a forum for the first time, to read a particular thread - like, for example, the rules. I'm dumb, so please point me in that direction? Thanks.

Just go to Admin > Settings > Forum Settings > Login & Registration (tab) and put the URL in the After Registration Page box:  |
