Hello there, would an support admin be so kind as to transfer control of a useraccount another person? Due to a change in the game we need to reorganise a bit.

As per the instructions I've hereunder provided the required information.

Receiving Account: support.proboards.com/user/257645

I'd keep use of all other accounts linked to my global account, so just that one.

Hi atrahasis

While I can't find language in the Help Guide article Forum Account Transfers which specifically states that only the user/1 (admin) account can be transferred, it's my understanding that is the case.

The reason for transferring the user/1 account is so the ownership of the forum can be passed from one member to another.

ProBoards Admins* are online Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST/PDT (with the exception of some US holidays). so expect a more certain answer tomorrow.
