Multicolored Names Per Group NOT Per Person

I did find THIS code, but it appears to be for specific members to have multicolored names. I'm looking for a code to make GROUPS multicolored, rather than each individual person. I could have sworn that was a thing, but every time I find a code that looks fitting, it shows itself as one for each member - because it states to edit the code you would enter in each member's username. 

So if that code would work with groups, just let me know.
Otherwise does anyone know of a code that causes entire groups to be multicolored?
