To be frank, the maintenance mode screen is extremely boring. I there any sort of coding I can slap in the CSS to customise it? My forum is also a paid forums.net, in case that has any bearing on the issue.
I'd love to be able to set my own background at the very least, something that fits my forum better and looks more professional.
Thanks for any input! <3

Hi @lorsynth
I'm fairly certain the Maintenance Mode page, as well as other pages like registration and login are intentionally limited in the way we can display the content. Whatever styling changes we're allowed to make are on the same forum settings tab where the control to enable or disable exists. Beyond that, we aren't allowed additional styling.
In the case of the Maintenance Mode optional message, the text can be wrapped with BBCode for basic things like [b] [/b] for bold and [i] [/i] for italics, but font size, font family, color, etc are not possible.
I'll tag @kelvin , as the PB staff might have additional information on this and whether the paid forums.net domain allows additional features.

@lorsynth, what Retread stated is correct. Those pages are unable to be modified at this time (for either service). We have had requests for this option and they have been marked as feature requests.
