Forum URL: classic50racing.proboards.comI need some help again please. I cannot find where I saved the information to place images in our Forum Header. As you can see I have two photos, and I would like to replace them with different ones. I think it was done in 'Advanced Styles and CSS' but I have no idea now how I did it. Please can you help in as simple terms as possible, how I can change these photos. Next time I will save information properly of how I do this.

Hi It looks like you have it set as the banner. You can change that here: Admin > Advanced styles and css > header (top) > Forum Banner > Banner Image > Background Image Any problems, let us know

I will give this a try tomorrow, as am away now till then. Thank you so much.
One other thing, would it be easy to move the wording currently that is over the photos, to underneath them?
Thanks

Thanks You can do that, yes. It would involve modifying the forum wrapper template but can be done. Post back tomorrow when you have the image changed, and i'll be able to guide you through the best way to achieve it

That worked, thank you very much.
Please can you help me move the wording that runs in middle of Photo, either to the top or bottom of it?
Thanks

media50, apologies this was missed yesterday. To display the forum title below the image: 1. Remove the image from the Visual Editor (Forum > Header > Banner Image > Background Image) 2. If not already, upload the image to the custom images section of that theme. 3. In the Advanced Styles and CSS, Style Sheet tab, scroll to the bottom and add this code on a new line and save changes. #banner {vertical-align:bottom;} 4. Go to the Forum Wrapper layout template for that theme. 5. Find this code: <h2 id="banner"> $[forum.title] </h2> and replace it with this: <h2 id="banner"> <img src="YOUR IMAGE URL HERE" style="margin-bottom:30px;"><br> $[forum.title] </h2> 6. Replace the YOUR IMAGE URL HERE with the image link from the image you uploaded in Step 2 above. 7. Save changes.

Great I have managed to do this now. Thank you very much. I like it, but would it be possible to ALSO add the Forum title to the TOP as well? OR, make the Forum Title alot larger, but keeping it all on one line? I hope that makes sense? Alan

media50, you should be able to customize the forum title by going to: Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Visual Editor tab. Then Forum > Header (Top) > Forum Banner > Banner Text. Please note that if you make the text larger, you will need adjust the margin-bottom value in this code... <img src="YOUR IMAGE URL HERE" style="margin-bottom:30px;"><br> ... that you added to your Forum Wrapper layout template. Currently it's set as 30. Change that number accordingly so that the title remains below the banner image. As far as keeping it on one line that would depend on the size you make the title and how much text is used for the title, as well as the font used.
