Hi,
The support account tied to the admin account for that forum (http://support.proboards.com/user/251114) has nothing in the inbox, outbox, or archive. There is no indication the account has ever sent a PM, let alone one to an admin.
I take the suggestion that someone was refused help extremely seriously. If @marti1977 has any further information I would urge her to come forward herself and speak to me ASAP. Thank you.

I'm saying she has never sent a PM here on support, as far as I'm able to discern. Neither of the other two support employees (as well as myself) have a PM from this account either. Again, this is a very serious accusation, especially made in plain view here on the support board. emerald you've been around long enough that you know that we don't refuse help to anyone as long as the issue is an actual support issue.

Thank you Michael I just wanted to fully clarify the situation and I so appreciate your reply. In all the years I am with Proboards, not once, no matter how small or big the problem, I was never refused help. I agree with you and I believe you 100%. All the staff, including yourself, do an excellent job and that is why I asked openly here. "i am unable to get on here most of the time due to unable to log in and accross this board proboards cannot help me as i ask them already please come and join us at friendshipsconnect.proboards.com/ everyone will get there post count back" I cannot abide by and watch 'support staff' accused and put down in the wrong. The message above on Marti's forum in MM is clearly untrue. I will suggest she delete that message. Thank you again for your assistance.

It's also always possible, in theory, that she tried to get support using a different account that has a different global login from the one associated with the admin account of the forum in question. If this is what happened, a request for assistance without the proper information would likely run into trouble because PB uses the email/global login to verify ownership. If she was requesting something only the owner of a forum can request, but did it on an account with 0 ties to the global ID she created the forum with, then she would have been told that only the creator of the forum could request that. Alternatively she requested something that wasn't within PB's ability to grant (eg if she lost her login credentials to the first forum and can't access the email used to create the forum + her support account, PB can't help with that since they use that email to verify ownership), or if the problem doesn't lie with PB but rather her provider, etc etc. It would really help if she could come here with the account linked to above (here it is again just in case: support.proboards.com/user/251114) and try to clear up the matter. I'm not saying PB is perfect but this sounds at best like a huge misunderstanding since there's no record of a PM ever being sent from the account tied to the ID of the forum's creator.

okay i know i sent a pm from somewhere i don't remember then i am sorry for everything i deleted my old board now so i am sorry, my memory isn't the greatest i cannot remember. sorry i thought i sent it from this account but i guess i don't please accept my sorry, i have a learning disability Are you interested in working with PB admins to get your forum back? If you just deleted your forum it can still be restored. You don't have to, but now that you're on the correct account PB staff can work with you to address any issue that you were having previously.
