Not getting new member notifications

Hi, as per the subject line - for the last few days I haven't been getting email notifications when a new member joins, most recently an hour ago.

jnelson , is your notification settings for emails turned on? You may want to check your settings by clicking on profile > edit profile button > notifications tab > scroll down to check if "New User" email setting is not set to "Never".

Hi, I have the Admin account set to send instant notifications when a new member joins - I've checked this and it's set to 'instant' (as it always has been, I wasn't expecting to find it had changed unless there was a glitch in the forums remembering settings?)

Just to clarify, was the setting not as you expected, or was it still set to instant by you didn't get the email?

Hi, new member notification was set to 'instant' when I checked. This is how it's always been set.

Another new member joined today but still no email notification.

jnelson, sorry for the inconvenience. We're investigating and running some tests on the issue. We'll report back once we have an update.

I haven't been getting any notifications for the last few hours.

Just noticed we're not getting notifications for private messages either - although manually sending a registration link from the admin console does work

jnelson, apologies for the inconvenience. Looks like systems was able to get this sorted this morning, you should start receiving them again.
