Hi What is the problem you are hitting when trying to move the post. Do you get an error message, or does a part of the instructions not occur [ eg an option isn't available ]?

@stormcloud70 If you are selecting the topic from the topic list in a board by putting a check in the box, you can do the following: Click on Actions at the top. Actions > Moderate > Move > Entire Thread Then, a dialog should appear asking you where you want to move the thread. If something else is happening, please tell me.

Thank you both.I have done all that. when the option comes up it takes me to where I want it go and when I click it's destination I get the option to move it but nothing happens. So, you clicked the destination, and then the "Move Thread" button, correct? Then you are clicking "Move Thread" and nothing happens? Can you just keep clicking the "Move Thread" button with no results at all, or are there any errors? Edit: Make sure you are answering the first question too. Create a new thread Merge into existing thread
Then pick a destination.

1. Choose create a new thread 2. Select a Board 3. Fill in the New Thread Subject slot 4. Click the Move Post
If you do not fill in the New-Thread Slot with the Thread’s title, then you will not be able to move it. If copy paste won’t work, try typing the title in.

It is a post that I want to move not a thread.
I click on select post then moderate then move post then only this post, in which those options come up that I posted above. I click on move post but nothing happens.
