Forum URL: writerdreams.freeforums.netI only have three members and now another member's account has been disabled. I can't find how to enable it.

Hi, If you're referring to this account: writerdreams.freeforums.net/user/6 it was automatically disabled and had its posts deleted for being a spammer. In short, you don't want to enable it! Feel free to delete the account if you wish.

I have had the same thing happen. This user was most certainly not a spammer. All his posts were deleted and his account disabled, and I did not do it. I see the account event where the account was disabled in the security activity log, but this user is not in my list of banned users.
What triggers this action? I'm concerned about losing people/posts because of some random event I cannot control. Is this possibly a troll who has access to my account, and if so, how can I figure out who did this? Or if it's automatic, can I turn it off? What exactly constitutes 'spam'?
Thanks!

As the instructions read happyfan, you should create your own thread on this issue and as the Admin/Mod's would say "Please stop high jacking other threads.

Sorry for violating protocol. Not sure why this is the way they do things, but I'll behave.

Sorry for violating protocol. Not sure why this is the way they do things, but I'll behave. It's not that you misbehaved happyfan, if you notice ProBoard Admin replied to Radrook and his issue was dealt with and he replied with thanks and this meant that your issue may not have been noticed by the Admin/Mods and the post would have slipped down the pages. I see that you have made a thread now on your issue and it is being dealt with so this thread can now just slip down the pages.
