I have four books going right now; one in the car, another on my phone, a third on my Kindle at work, and the last in my bathroom.
1. Car - Storm Front by Richard Castle (based on the TV series) 2. Phone - Upstairs at the White House by J. B. West and Mary Lynn Kotz 3. Kindle - Celtic Empire by Clive Cussler 4. Bathroom - Colter's Journey by William W. Johnstone
Mystery, history, action/adventure, and western.
That is this week's list. What next week's will be remains to be seen!

'Mad Girl' ~ A happy life with a mixed up mind, by Bryony Gordon. Like myself, Bryony has suffered with OCD since childhood. This is the second time I've read it and to be honest, I could have written this myself, our experiences are so similar. I'm reading it again, because I'm going through a bad OCD period at the moment and I need that connection, that grounding. A must for anyone whose OCD compulsions include severe rumination and verbal reassurance.

What is B&N Readouts? Is that like Amazon's First Read's? Am I now going to have to buy a Nook for my reading as well as my various Kindles and library books??? You sound like another book lover. This is a very very good thing!

What is B&N Readouts? Is that like Amazon's First Read's? Am I now going to have to buy a Nook for my reading as well as my various Kindles and library books??? You sound like another book lover. This is a very very good thing! Haha, I most definitely am! Let's just say I consider myself a "readaholic" and I have entirely too many books on my many reading platforms (not to mention actual books), to the point where I need time to just stand still to get through them all. And B&N Readouts... if you have a smartphone or tablet/iPad, you only have to download the Nook app (which is free) to take advantage of this feature. It's where you get to read an entire book for free, over the duration of a month. They release a chapter or two a day (depending on how long the book is). Which is perfect for me, because I tend to get lost in a book and totally lose track of time. However, it also tugs at the impatient side of me, because you also have to wait the remainder of the day before you can continue the story. But it's a great way to discover authors that you might not have found yourself reading otherwise, I've found some really great ones that I have enjoyed immensely. Oh and side note, that last book I mentioned is called Endangered by Pamela Beason.

I am in the middle of re-reading two books.
Valley of Horses by Jean M. Auel and Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs
I'm just really bad at keeping focused so I have been near the end of finishing these two -again- for the past couple of months.

I just finished J.D.Robb's newest (the 50th) it's an ARC.
I've been having fun reading Dominick Dunne and now I'm going totally different and reading a light vampire romance ARC. After that, maybe a historical or a re-read of one of my comfort books or maybe a biography of one of the women Dunne was fictionally writing about.
