Aside from the scene from The Exorcist...you know, Regan's backward crab walk down the stairs? What scenes have freaked you out whilst watching a horror movie? I watched a movie the other day called 'Greta'. The scene where Greta pirouettes before jabbing the needle into the Private Detective's neck is freaky to say the least. Freaked me out anyway! The shot only featured her feet...very unnerving. I'm trying to find a YouTube clip, but can't find one of that scene

The scene in Jeepers Creepers where that thing's face is shown as he is about to fly away with the girl's brother.

While not a traditional horror film per se, the “help me” bear from Annihilation was one of the creepiest things I’ve ever seen.
I imagine it must have been inspired in part by mountain lions, whose shrill cries in the night sound like terrified women screaming in distress. (Seriously, if you’re camping in or nearby the known range of mountain lions and you hear a woman’s screams, do not attempt to make contact or render assistance. Call the park rangers and get out of there if it sounds close.)

The Conjuring had a few cool scenes. I especially liked the one with the hands clapping inside the closet while the mother was playing hide and seek with the little girl.

When the original TV movie/mini-series of Stephen King's IT came out I was about 14, but 15 by the time I eventually got to see it on tv. Although clowns don't bother me the only think that really shook me was the photograph scene in Georgie's room. I kinda wigged out!
In a way I think I wasn't freaked out by the film because Tim Curry did almost too good a job, so I kinds liked Pennywise more thyan be afraid of him.
