I do wonder why proboards just doesnt offer an image uploading service 🤷♂️ They do, it’s called “attachments” and “templates” (and “avatars”). You’re free to use those images however you wish on the forum with which they’re associated. If you want more space, you can always pay for upgrades.

I haven't uploaded to TP for over a decade now. My photobucket just sits there. I go on there for nostalgia of old pictures that are now downloaded. But, since i have my own website, i just use that. Its free and convenient for me.

I never even use Tinypic. I had to close my account at Photobucket after 14 years, because their prices are totally ridiculous. I use Postimage now and I would recommend it to anyone.

So glad I didn't go back to them once Photobucket ruined my pictures. I have been using Imgur. Not sure how many photos I can have but it allows you to make albums that be can be hidden or public. I am pretty sure using Imgur for the purpose most Proboards forum admins would want to use an image hosting site for goes against their Terms of Service.
From the Imgur TOS-

Is it just me or does it feel like the old days of Proboards are vanishing? I remember when TinyPic and Photobucket were used on forums.

I personally use images linked from Pinterest. As far as I'm aware, Pinterest has no rules against this, so if you're okay with having your images displayed and potentially re-pinned by users, it's not a bad option, and unlike Imgur they don't reduce image quality.
Note that you can get copyright infringement from using certain images on Pinterest without permission, but as for linking your own stuff I'm almost positive it's allowed and someone do please correct me if I'm wrong :)
