Trouble accessing my board

I can't find the full URL to the board.

I'm SamCat44 the Administrator

My board is in Maintenance Mode, I was working on a problem with a smilie and I must have reset images and now I can't sign into my board, the members only sign in isn't showing up....please email me with access to the board or how to access it.

Hi,

When you attempt to login what error message do you receive? What is the forum URL?

I'm not getting an error message, the link I have saved usually shows Maintenance Mode Board Closed then it has the sign in and password areas, that part isn't showing up when I go to my link....I don't have the URL to page, I thought I had it but I can't find it, still looking for it.

Once on that page click the big yellow "staff login here" button and then login on the next page.

All I am seeing is a blue page with Forum Closed, no yellow option to sign in

OK I found a way back on my board now I have to see if it will work again once I close out and try again, I will contact you again if this doesn't fix it....Thank you for your time.

No I wasn't seeing the above board but I now have the  login.proboards.com/login/6587778/1

and right now that is working.

Well I got back on but I'm having some problems I can't see the Wysiwyg / BBCode Buttons options on my boards, it seems I messed several things up...wish I could reset the whole board back to yesterday..lol

Any ideas how I can get the wysiwyg/BBCode back on....so sorry to have to ask you to help fix my mess but any help you can give would be so appreciated...Thanks

samcat44, by default the "quick reply" does not have bbcode button/wysiwyg editor, however the Create Thread or Reply (in a thread) should have those buttons.

Do you see them if you create a new thread?

I'm talking about the problem is in the regular reply area of the threads and the create a thread area, I do see the preview and BBCode in the regular reply area but I don't see the wysiwyg editor, the only thing there is the Font Face and the Font Size.

I'm not able to replicate the issue. I can see the WYSIWYG editor and formatting tools.

Can you try a few things out and answer some of these questions?

• Try a new/private browser
• Are you using any 3rd party software that may keep the WYSIWYG and the formatting tools from appearing?
• Can you take a screenshot of what you see when using the full reply editor?

I am trying to post my screen shot but it won't show up while I am using FireFox so I posted this screenshot using IE.




I'm not using a 3rd party software, I have Internet Explorer and the Wysiwyg is there, but I use FireFox and that is what I was using when I was on the board working on the Smilie problem, for some reason its not there now, I have problems with IE before that's why I don't use it now.




The Wysiwyg has always worked with FireFox on Proboards so why would it suddenly stop working?

Sorry I was going to open the board yesterday but company showed up so I had to wait;

I have opened the board so I hope your volunteers can figure out what the problem is...Let me know when I can close the board again...Thanks
