Hi Guys
Doesn't look like the mass emails have been sent. I sent approx 30 emails on the 11th August. I use Proton email ,I've not had a copy in my Proton email inbox. None of the 30 recipients have contacted me. I got a message that it could take several days; which isn't good.
Thanks in advance

Did you also check your spam/junk folder? Some email providers may mistakenly put the emails in there. Also, unless you actually included yourself in the list of recipients, I do not believe you will get an email. Perhaps an Admin can confirm if you would get one if you were in a specific group of group(s) that may have been sent. If just sent to Everyone, though, I do not believe you would get an email if you sent it.

rebel123, according to our records the mass email you sent on the 11th was successful. Beyond that we cannot control what happens with the recipients' email client. Members should check their spam/junk folder if they do not see the email. Also, since mass emails would show your email as the sender, they may wish to add you to their email contact list as a safe sender. FYI - Generally the person sending the mass email will not receive a copy.

rebel123 , apologies for the confusion. Choosing Everyone doesn't the sender as a recipient. I would recommend creating a second forum account under your global account so that you may be part of the mass email. Retrieving a sent email isn't something we can do. Sorry.

There was a warning message stating that the emails would take several days to send, do you know which date they were sent? At the Moment sending emails is like 'hit and hope'.

At the Moment sending emails is like 'hit and hope'. rebel123 ProBoards Admins* are online Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST/PDT (with the exception of some US holidays). So you might not get an answer from one of the reds until Monday. The warning you see when you're composing your email message is cautionary boilerplate. The message you get after sending an email from the forum tends to be closer to reality. I just sent an email from my test forum (with very few members, all of them with my own email addresses) and I got an indicator after sending that it might be up to 30 minutes: Actually it took only about two minutes.
You might want to create an alt account (a member account other than your user/1 account) on your forum you can use for purposes such as confirming when emails are sent. Also, when composing an email message you have options regarding who will receive the email. For testing purposes you can select just a specific member. If you use your alt account as the specific member, you can test without sending annoying tests to other members of your forum.
