Forum URL: michaelmesser.proboards.comHello, there is a message on my admin page telling me I have reached my storage limit and have exceeded my limit by 29mb, but I have upgraded to silver and deleted a load of attachments. There is a problem that requires some attention. Thanks, Michael (forum administrator)

mmforum, from looking at your subscription history, you were on the Gold plan for attachment storage. Then this month switched to a lower plan (Copper), then increased to Bronze and then Silver - all of these less storage than the original Gold plan you were on.

Also don't forget you can see your attachments and how much space you're currently using versus the maximum you have in Admin>Settings>Manage Attachments.

I had not realised that I had downgraded my subscription. Oops! I have now got back up to Gold. I'll see how that goes before upgrading to Platinum. Much appreciated.
