(Apparently I botched the Help Link so I'll submit an update with the proper link to this thread)
Currently there is a single settings tab which allows a selection of threads to be affected on a thread-by-thread basis. An updated versionis in the works has been submitted and accepted, with an additional settings tab which will allow entire Board(s) to be selected.
