Seprating Sticky to normal threads

This code isn't working on my forum. Looks the same and it did not change.  I put it in the footer. Am I suppose to put it in a specific footer?

This is a ProBoards v4 code, it won't work with the current version (v5) because the elements it's attempting to select no longer exist.
