I sleep with the fan on. I am at the age where I get hot flashes and night sweats.

My bedrooms always the hottest at night, not sure why I'm assuming it's due to electronics being on more often I never was the type to run fans all the time, it's the old voice in my hand saying you'll run up the electric bill. But when I do have it on more I notice I have an easier time falling asleep could just be the white noise factor. I personally do, and so does my 5 year old son. Trust me, I wouldn't be able to sleep without it. I have tried this, and it is NOT fun to try.. Very nice!

If I do sleep with a fan during the summer (which is rare), I usually have it off to the side and on the lowest setting. Otherwise my allergies and asthma tend to act up.

Yes. A fan is boss.
