hover banner info table remodel HELP PLEASE

Hello! I was wondering if someone could make me a code thats like this info table at the top of the page used for this theme? 
click or something similar to it thats already made? And then i would like for it to also be able to hover over the banner? if not that is okay! I tried to understand the code for the hover banner but i couldnt comprehend it. If someone could direct me that would be awesome. thank you!

Your best bet for something similar would be to visit Adoxography 2.0 [the theme creator for that theme runs this site].

There's a good chance you can find it, or something similar, available in their resources.

Alternatively, you can post in the Template Request Board and see if anyone's willing to create a template mod for you—though note, these are incredibly time-consuming and the chances of this getting filled aren't super high.

As an aside, if I may, I would actually encourage you not to do this. Important information shouldn't be hidden under hover effects; not only is it not user-friendly (hidden under a banner isn't where links are normally placed) but it's nonfunctional on mobile as there's no hover ability.

Thank you for replying! I took your advice under consideration and since it does not work on mobile, would rather just ditch that idea.

To clarify: customisations as a whole don't currently work on mobile, but you can force desktop view on mobile if you want + v6 will be mobile responsive.

Yes, what you linked to is much better especially as a means of conveying important information. It would probably also be less intensive coding wise.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with who created that theme, but it looks like they're an Adoxography person as well. I'd pop into Adox 2.0 (linked in my previous post; don't go to the URL in the description, as that version of Adox is closed) and see if you can get in contact with them.
