A plugin to bet for certain events

A plugin with which help we can create a event of a tournament(sports or any other) in which members can bet using their virtual money to bet on teams and they can win virtual money according to odds of that team.

I am not sure that this is allowed; all content is supposed to be PG13, and gambling in most places is restricted to those over legal age. There's an argument to be had that because it uses 'fake' money that it doesn't matter, but with recent legal crackdowns on things like lootboxes and in-game 'gambling' for being harmful to children (and others, tbh), it's best to be on the safe side and ask.
