Do you agree with the new restrictions on parades (daylight only) or do you think it’s an over reaction. Last year in Canada a little girl was killed tragically because she got too close to one of the floats.

I think all this mess is crazy. People need to mind their kids and parades should be held at night. There should be rails to keep people/kids and animals back. It's all just laziness.

Hm, lets see, floats drive on the road, just like normal traffic, day and night, except that the floats drive slower, why do parents treat the situations differently, yyou would hold onto a child on other days, Barriers would also help. Floats don't look the same in daylight, no point in lighting them up (remembers going to Bridgewater Carnival)
