Strange message when trying to access post

Hello.
So I was trying to mark a post as important and this message pops up.

We couldn't find the page you are trying to access.
Return to the forum's homepage.

The post is there, but when I tried deleting it so I could try it again, that same message popped up.

The post is Turkish Airlines Open (Thu 7 Nov - Sun 10 Nov) and it's currently showing in Latest Posts.

Probably something really simple that I'm over-looking but it's got me stumped.

Okay, here is the post in question:

Are you logged in to your admin account or an account where you have deleting powers?

If yes, do you have the drop-down "Action" menu at the top right of the topic?

If yes, can you see Actions > Moderate > Delete Thread?

Yes, done that, and that's when I get the pop up message. And I'm logged in as admin.

I thought perhaps it might have something to do with the last plugin I installed which was an announcement box. When I tried deleting it, that same message popped up again:

I feel like MAYBE your login session is confused. Have you tried logging out completely, logging in again, and then trying to delete the post?

Ok, I can and have deleted the post. I've posted it again, but now I don't have the option to mark it as important. The Important Threads plugin is ticked as enabled.

Is this the plugin you're using?

I downloaded and installed it.

On the Key Settings tab under the Important Threads plugin, do you have both options set to "Everyone"?

Please double check that your settings look like this:



Then your thread options should look like this:




I noticed that if I had the settings on any other options, the "Mark as Important" option disappeared for me.


If that doesn't work, I don't know. I apologize. I will allow someone else to take over.

I've deleted the Important Threads plugin amd re-installed it. That appears to have done the trick.
