Yeah I don't think my grocery would actually order something they don't carry. They got rid of quite a bit since I started shopping there years ago and they still keep getting rid of stuff. I know it's not just foods I eat, but it seems like every time I like something they take it off their shelves. Yeah I wouldn't eat either of them. Do people actually ever eat turtle or beaver? Not sure I would even eat moose or bison. I tried deer meat when I was younger and I thought it tasted gross. I'm not big on a lot of meat. I eat pork chops, but I'm getting sick of that and hotdogs, Turkey is my fave still. I can't handle chicken, I tend to dry heave. I can eat if it someone else makes it though. But not a big fan of chicken. Only once in a while I will crave a chicken. LOL. I don't know enough about berries so I would end up starving. I would never want to hunt any animal. Omg I have had that happen a few times and just got used to it. You would think they would at least ween us off by substituting it with something else from a different company. My store does the same thing and they don't sub it at all and boy does it ever tick the customers off, I didn't know people could get that miffed over sugar free chocolate chips.
I always tell them I didn't do it, if it was taken off the shelves of every store then it probably has something to do with the company themselves that make it and/or package it.
People actually do eat turtle and beaver, I couldn't do it, both way too adorable.
I've never tried deer meat and it's not important enough for me to want to go out of my way to try it either, when I tried bison and moose for the first time it was meat given to us from one of his friends they hunted.
Wild meat is so different, so much juicier, tender, and healthier, but I would never go out of my way to get it.
lol Chicken makes you dry heave?
I used to know all the berries in bush, but now it's been so long, heck I found some salmon berries a while ago at one of our parks and it took me an hour to realize they were actually salmon berries. My pup and I used to love hiking up in the mountains snacking on salmon berries along the way.
One of my favorite things the store suddenly stopped selling was this bread by Pepperidge Farm and one was a 3 cheese Italian and the other was Asiago cheese bread. Those were so awesome and then suddenly they stopped carrying those that I really loved. They never got around to carrying the Swirl chocolatey chip bread. I really wanted to try that one too. So I was totally bummed when they stopped carrying my favorite bread. Then they used to carry a pudding I really loved a lot and the only one I really actually like and they no longer carry that. But I wonder if anyone actually still sells that or if the company stopped making it. Eww, I would never eat meat like that. Turtle, or Beave. Not even bison or moose. The deer was given to us when I was a kid and I hated it. Never will try that again. Everyone said to me when I was a kid it tastes like Hamburger. No it was just nasty. Really? I never knew that. I am a picky meat eater. I only eat a select few things for meat and then I barely eat any when I do have it. Sometimes I will randomly crave meat and need a lot of it. And when I say a lot I mean I eat two servingings of it. Yup. Chicken smell and everything makes me dry heave. My mom thinks I'm weird. When I cut it I have to have her take it away before I end up getting sick all over it. Sometimes I think it was because of the pills I was on that made me feel sick towards certain foods. What are salmon berries? Never heard of them.

How weird is that, with all this stuff missing from our grocery shelves and now even out there it's really making me wonder about if they just up and stopped making it because we used to have that bread here too. I asked a couple of ladies who worked in the bakery part of the store and one lady had no idea what I was talking about and the other lady knew but, she had no idea what happened to it either. Whatever happened, I bet a lot of people got laid off from making that bread whether it be a bakery or a warehouse. Here's what salmon berries look like.

I actually saw them selling it in other stores. Just not around here. I was thinking of sending them a message on their website to see if I can order directly from them. Oh cool. Do they taste good? They almost look like raspberries a bit.

Ooo I wonder if that's what I have to do is venture into another store, my assumption of the store that bread might be in is a very expensive one, not sure I want to venture there. Yep, that they do, they also look like blackberries as well.

I just need to get up the nerve to email the company that makes the bread I like and see if they would deliver if i could order through them. Off the topic of bread I emailed a company recently asking them about this meat I buy from them and asked them if it can be frozen and reheated. They emailed me back and told me and then sent me some coupons. I thought that was cool. So I will have to try it with that bread company and see if they will do something nice for me. Yes, actually I think blackberries is what I meant.

Now that's awesome, gotta' love it when people keep an eye on their website, some don't and just ignore their emails even if it is positive feedback. lol Black, salmon, and raspberries all look the same to me, I have to wait for them to ripen before I can tell the difference.

Even if that means just one last time for eating that bread to say your goodbyes to it forever? I feel as if my bread left me far too soon and I would like to eat them one last time to have a proper goodbye with both of them and possibly the chocolate chip one that I never had the chance of trying. I was surprised that they had replied to me. I thought they would never reply to me asking such a question about how to cook their food. Now this will make me wonder what the salmon berries taste like. They look pretty cool.

When summer comes around you should see if you can find some in a park somewhere. The stores don't sell them not even at a local market but, I can still find them in parks around town here.

So that means I need to find someone new.
