I'm going on a journey today to start taking ashwagandha as a stress relief supplement. Since I've been feeling more shaky and panic around others I'm hoping this works as what docs give never seem to do much.
Really supplements are kind of a self choice I'm not asking for medical advice here but want to hear from people that do take supplements.
Any werid ones you thought would never work but do see a difference?

It really depends on the brand of the supplement, and whether or not the body needs it. For example, I take the b-complex most days of the week, due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and if I buy a cheap brand of the b's, I will not get any benefit from it; but when I buy a brand that costs a few dollars more, or a more high quality brand, I will see the difference it makes in my energy levels rather quickly.
