Reply to All in PMs v1.0 [CB]

This code will make the Reply and Quote buttons reply to all the users the PM was sent to. So if the PM was sent to admin, user1, user2, and you. When you hit Reply or Quote, your To: field will automatically have all all 4 usernames already in it. Please do NOT PM me for requests or support. That's what the coding boards are for. Enjoy.
