I'm not sure.. those threads always get so long >.< And I never end up posting mine because I either forget or the thread gets so insanely long that who looks through all of them?
I'd have to go look again to see everyone's pictures.

The biggest things people can do to stop the killing of animals are: 1. Realize that animals are just that: animals. When you get an animal from the pound or buy it from a breeder or store, research first. Don't take Fluffy or Morris to the pound because he piddled on the floor or chewed up your fancy iPod. 2. Spay or neuter! Stray cat populations are the result of careless owners who let their cats run wild. Domesticated animals do not "need" to be outside. 3. Educate those around you about spaying and neutering. It's the only way we can stop unwanted animals from reproducing and increasing the population. 4. Unfortunately, until the problem is solved, there will be mass killings of unwanted pets. No organization can handle the financial and physical problems of overcrowding. Overcrowded shelters breed disease and bad behavior. 5. Stop buying from puppy mills and breeders. Get a pet from the pound. Who is going to fund the no-kill shelters? In a country where we can't fund proper healthcare for the poor, do you really think the government is going to pass funds to this project? The onus of responsibility is on us. Stop unwanted puppies and kittens. Spay and neuter. Learn about the real reasons why shelters fail. We need to stop blaming the government and start taking responsibility for our own actions. [/soapbox] This. I can't say much more. Except that there's people out there that buy pets for their children because they're "cute" as babies and then don't want to take care of them when they get big, or their kids don't want to clean up poop (boo-hoo) so they either drop them off in the woods somewhere or take them to the pound. People need to be more responsible. ALWAYS spay/neuter your pets.. theres NO REASON NOT TO!! If you can't afford to get it done, you don't need pets in the first place. Stop buying pets for your kids. If you're going to let them out, get them fixed. And don't buy animals you aren't going to want to take care of when the "new" factor wears off.

Careless Whispers by Seether (original by George Michael) Run Like Hell by Kittie (original by Pink Floyd) So Happy Together by Simple Plan (original by The Turtles) Breed by Otep (original by Nirvana)

God talks to me all the time when I'm busy putting away a 5th of Jack Daniels. lol. So does that make me crazy, or stupid? BTW, Anna? The only version of the bible that says ANYTHING about homosexuality being a sin is the King James version wich he EDITED HIMSELF because he had a club foot and needed a boy to help him around. People in his kingdom started suggesting that he was gay so he put a stop to it. Don't tell me that god loves everyone and then say that two people who love each other are sinners because of some guy that re-wrote the bible to his liking.

You don't have to say what it was but I'm just wondering, for those who ever forgave over something, what was the longest it ever took you to forgive someone? For one person it took me several months to forgive them, but when I finally let go of the hate and anger and managed to forgive them I felt so much better afterwords I have a very hard time forgiving people.. and can hold on to grudges and hatred for a very long time, sometimes forever. There's still people I haven't talked to in years because of something they've done to me, and I just can't find any good reason to forgive people like that. Better off without them in my life.

I don't have any urge to see it. Hollywood ruined X-Men entirely and I don't care to see another lame film that's only loosely based on the actual comic books and characters.
lame.

could have been a snake.. or a frog. My grandpa used to run over snakes occasionally with his lawn mower.

I went to a youth church in Oklahoma during middle school called "180", and it was a lot like this. We started inside another church and raised money to buy another building and re-do it. All us kids got to help tear out the old stuff and make it our own, and that was pretty sweet too.
When it was finished, there was a seperate room with video game systems that you could play before and after service, a basketball court, and a food area! It was easily the best church I've ever been to, and it's something I'm never going to forget. Though I'm not into all of that anymore, it was a great experience and I met some really cool people there.

I was driving a four-wheeler when I probably shouldn't have been with two other girls on it behind me, going way too fast on a dirt path and hit the ramp of someone's driveway. We flew for forever until we hit the ground and the machine bounced, knocking the girl in back completely off and to the road while I rolled the vehicle to a stop in the toolies to assess my wounds. My friend laid on the ground crying like a little school girl because she got some scrapes on her arm and leg. Girl in the middle was unharmed but I had bruises from head to toe - at least I managed to hang on to the machine in that state of mind and nobody died

Shinta, because I stand by his side as his loyal friend and trusted ally, watching him with glee as he kills everything around us.
This thread rocks.

Most moms with more than one kid can feel what it was like for the mom in the car. Caged in with tigers, while she tried to concentrate on driving. The mom was wrong, but if she had turned around and slapped them in the mouth, she would have still been in trouble. Duct tape has many uses. I agree with this. My mom and Aunt used to threaten us with this too, but the threat was enough for us to stop fighting and be good kids until we got home. In a time where parents can't dicipline their kids without the cops being called, what was she supposed to do? I would have kicked them out of the car too. And I would have drove away and let thim think about it before going back to get them, lesson learned.
