I don't know how anyone can leave Nas off their top 10 list... that's like blasphemy.

I don't know how anyone can leave Nas off their top 10 list... that's like blasphemy. I didn't put him on because Nas is either really good or really bad, most of the time for me it's the latter. Illmatic is probably all I'll give him, with some other tracks here and there ("Nas Is Like" is my favorite). He's not bad, he just makes more bad music than good for some reason. It's disappointing. His last album was a huge disappointment for me. There were 2 or 3 tracks worth a listen. MF Doom has a similar voice to him, they both have the raspiness to it. MF Doom is probably better in every way possible too for me.

are you serious? Every album Nas has released has been above average to classic(Except for nastradamus)
Illmatic is known by most as the greatest rap album or one of the greatest rap albums of all time.
God's Son is a classic too.
Stillmatic, Street's Disciple and even Lost Tapes are a great lsiten.

I have 4 only because they are the only one i find any good what so ever.No offense but they also proved that they can actually sing very well too.
1.LL Cool J (he is a very melodic rapper)
2.Will Smith(he does rap as well as r and b, jazz etc)
3.Simon Lebon (well he normally is new wave and rock. But the 4 or 5 rap songs he has done are amazing ).
4.M.C. Hammer (He is the greatest of all time i believe. He is a old school rapper, as well as having killer vocals when he actually does sing ).

Okay my opinions on a few rappers: 50-Cent: Frankly wtf is he doing? seriously he is not good at all. I have hated everyone of his songs. Maybe P.I.M.P but thats it. Its got all the same beat and frasnkly the saem lyrics. MC Hammer: "Can't touch this" a classic but get over it. He's like a children's rapper. G-Unit: Go get some lyrics and come back when you are men. Just my opinion of a few of those rappers .
