I still have my suggestions list from before V3 came out (anyone remember it? ;D), I've added to it, now it has 32 suggestions.
EDIT: Due to popular demand (one person (me) suggested it) I've decided to post the list.
1) Ability to remove polls from topics, or add them
2) Add "Category Background Image" and "Title Bar Background Image" to Skins/Forum Colors
3) Ability to add custom profile fields (i.e. interests, current mood, etc.)
4) Option to show/hide post counts
5) Confirmation popup message on logout
6) Set custom Message Icons
7) Search for posts made between __/__/__ and __/__/__ (less confusing than __ hours __ days)
8) Change HR color in Skins/Forum Colors
9) Send email feature: Check certain Member Groups to send it to; same thing for Mass PM
10) Member search includes search for all users who have posted in the last X days
11) Customize error message texts
12) Change order of/add top menu buttons (Home, Help, Search, etc.)
13) Option to disable members from deleting the first post in a thread
14) Rearrange (move up/down) replies within a topic
15) Board Search should let you also search by member and date
16) Edit smilies - Add/remove/set UBBC for smilies, option to enable popup smiley window
17) Choose what is displayed in mini-profile and in what order
18) Choose what is displayed in member list and in what order
19) Only the names of drop-down list avatars, not the full URL, shows in Profile (like in V3)
20) When a guest fails to login to the admin account, record their IP and the password they attempted to use in the Security Log
