Sure. Start with one thing at a time.

Here, catch this bus. Throw that in the air, catching it with the other hand. So, throw with left hand, catch with right hand, throw with right catch with left hand, throw with left hand, catch with right hand. And so on.

When you feel confidently enough, say after a week or so (maybe less, maybe more depending on your confidence levels), try with two things. Someone's got my blue elephant (you know who you are!), so if you can borrow that off them and juggle that, together with the bus at the same time. And then, when you are ready too, use this Creme Egg and juggle all three together. Keep practising until you get the hang of it and then you will know how to juggle.

what about using my feet

Do as above, only using your feet instead of hands. Just be gentle with the bus passengers. They keep coming out with utterly disgusting things like "I'll sue!" "Legal action!", "Lawsuit!" and "Compensation!".
