If you are new to most of this, then why are you offering web-hosting and how did you come across this to begin with?

You'd be best to look at other free webhosts, and see what they offer. For example, Geocities offers 15mb webspace and 3gb monthly data transfer, but that's ad supported, with hotlinking disabled.

2 Gb Bandwith

I read reviews, the hosting company you get this "unlimited" hosting from has asked people on their unlimited account (using as low as 5g space/40g bandwidth) to buy a dedicated server.

You cant just give away such a high amount of space/bandwidth for free. Its rediculas, wouldnt work, etc.

Honestly, if your giving away free hosting, 50mb space/1gb bandwidth probably would be more than enough...
