Ive got some sets of riddles, ill do them in threes

1). A man walks up to you and says - "everything I say to you is a lie."
Is he telling you the truth or is he lying?

2). A woman has 7 children, half of them are boys.
How can this be possible?

3). I cannot be felt, seen or touched;
Yet I can be found in everybody;
My existence is always in debate;
Yet I have my own style of music.
What Am I?

Here's another couple:

1. You're on your way to heaven, and you see a fork in the road. One road willlead to heaven and the other to hell. There are two brothers standing there. One always tells the truth and the other always lies. You can only ask 1 question, and they'll both answer. What question would you ask to find out which road to take?

2. What can you put in a barrel to make it lighter? (Mass not weight, helium doesn't count!)

Moving silently from hill to hill.
It does not walk, run or trot,
All is cool where it is not.

What is it?

2). There's a body lying dead on a bed, and on the floor beside it is a pair of scissors. The scissors were instrumental in his death, yet there's no trace of blood. The body reveals no signs of any cuts or bruises. How could the person have been murdered with the pair of scissors?
