No. A "newb" is a short for a "newbie." A n00b is someone who is an idiot. So like I've said before, you can have a million posts and still be a n00b

N00bs are annoying people, generally with a post count less than 100 and they also generally never reach anything over 100. In one rare exception, a n00b reached a post count over 100 and that n00b was me! Nyac nyac nyac...
