I was looking for originality whether it be true or fiction. I was not looking for bribes or gifts that would never come. That takes out anyone with false promises of cookies. That looks like desperation to me. That was a joke, gesh... we wanted to look desperate, we wrote it like that on purpose...
Marian and KnightlyCelt, your paragraph is indeed very impressive. And I have to

I was looking for originality whether it be true or fiction. I was not looking for bribes or gifts that would never come. That takes out anyone with false promises of cookies. That looks like desperation to me. I was looking for postive comments and complete sentences. After all, they are selling themselves as a couple. The fact that one dumped the other to plead their case meant I could not vote for that couple. It was not important to me if it was a couple of a few hours or a couple of many months. Finding out someone spends lots of time IMing of MSNing themselves would not give enough for me to decide they were great valentines. I did like the fact that some paragraphs focused on the partner's positive qualities which meant I really only had 2 sets of couples from which to choose. I am a sucker for a romance and definitely from the school of hard knocks. Even if at the end we found out this Valentines story was fiction, I read into the romance and love in the words of Wildmaven and Knightly Celt. Hands down they have captured my vote. Every word of it was true: indeed, we left out a lot that would boggle some people's minds.

Cold or hot is fine for me. Talking of cookies, I was in Sainsbury today, and they don't do Apple and Cinnimon cookies any more! That was a joke, gesh... we wanted to look desperate, we wrote it like that on purpose... This is a competition geesh......... Thanks for the rolled eyes. A competition will mean you will be critiqued. geesh. This is not a debate. You can have your eyes back. ...and I thought this was a place where we didn't play to win, and we played to have fun.
