That's because it basically is a website. It's just that the forum is in exactly the same style as the rest of the site. And yeah, you could do that with a ProBoard. SSD have.

And I dunno if this should really be here... I guess it's not exactly a specific code you need/need support for though, so I dunno.

It's a website. It's not something that's done to the boards at all. It's a website that happens to have a forum on it, not the other way around. And yes, websites are primarily coding, but you wouldn't have to use all the javascript that is associated with forum hacks, HTML or a wysiwyg editor would do.
