Some Blogging Ideas

[It's me again]

I got bored last night so I made a simple, yet, ok looking blog. (Not remotely hosted. ) Looks like that's getting popular, so I just created one for my OWN use.

Anyhow, I want some ideas on some useful features. (both admin & for users who browse.)

I currently have a thing where they can leave comments & has smiley support - I plan on adding UBBC support also.

So, suggestions?

Maybe blog staff? You know, people who may not have as much power as you, but can still clean up spam comments, etc.

I kind of like that idea, and maybe allow member registration.. And make it where you have to be registered to post comments.. Hmm.. I kinda like that idea. Ha. Which also reminds me, I'm gonna have to re-code the post comment thing if I do that. I think it's an embarrassment of how I'm doing it now. LOL

I also may add avatar support (50x50) .. With avatar gallery & you can upload avatars. Dont know about this, but I like the idea.

I know one blogging service that seems kinda like a forum rather than a blog. lol... But eh, yeah, I think you're right about that. Thinking about it now, I prally will make the blog and it will sit on my server without being updated. Pretty good feeling that will happen. Maybe use it for 1/2 weeks then ditch it and go to another project. hehehe.

I know that feeling. I just can't seem to get satisfied with a program. I need more, more more. Diet Dr. Pepper's what I'm lookin' for.
