What type of code? Php? Javascript? C++? Lets take php for example... Open up notepad, write the code, go to save file as then type this as the file name "YOURFILE.php" the quotes must stay there & replace YOURFILE with the name you want to name it to. (eg: index) After doing that, find a host that supports php and upload it... And here's a simple php script <?php echo "Hello"; ?> also <?php phpinfo() ?>  |

If you mean for a proboards then go to admin > headers & footers > choose global/main or a specific board and add your codes to either the header or the footer.
