It's the way it is for a reason. Successfully putting your board in a frame is likely to get your board deleted.

No. The only paid services provided are to remove the advertisements and purchase attachment hosting space.

why wouldnt it be allowed to be framed, and you can do it by using some form of the iframe variable i think, but don't count on me, i dont know much HTML

There is a small piece of javascript at the top of every page that causes the forum to break out of any frame it is in.
