Smiley box on the left, does any one know the code

Well i want the smileys that are above the text area to be on the right like in this picture. The underneath it a link to a pop up menu to more smilies. Then the pop up window shows all the smilies you can choose from. and when u click on a smilie the code for the smilie goes into your post.

thats an example of a phpbb forum but i'm sure the same can be dune in proboards
