Second question might be stupid but i know some of these programs charge your telephone for a T1 line even if you dont have one. This will not do this ,sorry the only comp i have got, and i cant afford another right now .

Of course once you have downloaded it, you don't need the internet to run the files because its running of your computer... but of course for stuff like proboards you need the internet
