ok, i have one question, and i know that im really bumping this thread, but what do i do with the file that im supposed to get off the site? do i just upload it to one of my hosts, then link to it? and if so, then do i put the code that i created in the global header?

srry, but im new to this whole area of putting codes in proboards forums.

Everything is explained in the first post.

Upload the JS file, place it into your global header. Then create your footer code.

But how would you get your profile field to show under the karma in your mini profile instead of storing it in your personal text or a sig etc.....

Or is this Not possible>

Does this actually allow you to add custom fields that will be visible on the member's main profile page, or just on the mini profile?

Main page and mini - althoug if you want it in the mini profile you have to replace this with something else - for example your personal text or a signiture

Ok, Iv'e just relaised my last request was acctually not possible, because it still has to save the text somewhere

So i rephrase my question.

Is there a way to edit the personal notes? so that everyone can see them and change thier name? Bacause obviouslly theyre not personal anymore

And also display them in the miniprofile and not replacing another field?

I'm afraid not. Changing the way the personal notes is displayed is not possible client side, it would have to be done on the server, something we don't have access too.

The CC world is currently working on a shop as you may know and he uses the personal text to display the code.

its a function a bit complex, but with a little practice not so hard:p

Function = PBProfile.create();


read through the coding, its quite fascinating ..out of all the profile editable codes, this code takes the cake, works freakin' fast, and uber easy to edit. read through the examples and the coding function and you'll learn how to add more options.
