Another big project that isn't going to be finished. Me and Ross decided that we don't have the time to finish it, and not only that, I have other reasons as to why I can't finish it. Anyway, it's open source, just keep the copyright in, me and Ross have spent a lot of time on it. Feel free to look through the source to learn from it. pixeldepth.net/proboards/Portal.Dynamic/Portal.Dynamic.rarAny questions, post below as long as they aren't support questions. The code is not finished, the admin area isn't fully done, but there is a lot that is. It could be cut down and used if you wish, as I doubt many could do the components feature that I was going in implement. Anyway, enjoy. |

I thought Virtual New York was a joke. If it's possible I'd pay to have a script like that. It was. Peter and WWX were messing around with everyone. Afterwards, to shift blame for when everyone found out it was a joke, he pawned the project off to Uchiha Sasuke and myself. Throwing that in was just a bit of humor for Peter, to bring back the memories. |

A lot of the main stuff is done. You need to do the displaying of the portal though. I made a start, but I was going to rewrite it due to extra things we were adding.

I don't understand. What is this code supposed to do? It's a portal as the name suggests Basically a page where forums can put up news, articles and all that kind of stuff. Hey if you ever have time, can you finish it? I did intend to at least get it to working standard, dropping the fancy parts but getting the display side of things done. Unfortunately I've not had the time and am unlikely to get the time for a long while. So maybe, but don't hold your breath |
